Ah oki huatman, read that wrong. anyways, have turned it in for repair. Initial impression from CSC is that they think it is a battery problem too, but they have taken it in to do a full checkup. will update here once I get the set back

Thanks for the reply guys! Don't think its s memory card issue since i use the same cards on my old 5d ii without any issues. Sincerely hope its only a battery issue only. Will get CSC to check that as well. Don't have a spare lpe4 sp cant check it myself. Will keep you posted on that. :)
