these days are getting better. but very very inconsistent weather... there are big "pieces" of dark clouds flying around at high speed, so it may rain any time.... u can see literally that dark cloud above you head is raining, and everywhere around it is deep navy blue.... very scary...

i absolutely agree with you, there are a lot of factors determining whether it is a good lens or not. i think sharpness/level of details is one of the dominating factor when i buy a lens. in this case the 50 1.4 wins. yep, i will do a bokeh test soon. a i think it is also very important...
