in the picture there is 2 sensors, 1 ribbon cable , 1 connector and a piece of metal stuck on the centre. i was wondering what does that piece of metal does... as i may need to saw it off..

as you all know the 18-55mm IS is an efs lense. but however there is a piece of metal at the side which i will have to saw off abit. therefore i was wondering does that piece of metal serve any purpose? i did the 18-55mm non IS mod before which works. but i got no idea when it comes...

if u all are using ie7 dont know about ie6, u all and increase and decrease the size of a webpage but using ctrl+ mwheelup or down

dropped on the floor. the shutter curtain (the one controlling exposure) is jammed.. gives an error 99 after releasing the shutter btn.. any shops to recommend for repair other then canon? also how much will it cost? both shops and canon.. danke :)

hmm i have the same problem with my cam... stucked pixels.. its alot worst, @ 30 sec @ iso 400, all black, its like looking at the night sky with a binoculars.. anyone has any idea how much will it cost to remap? mine no warranty already..

i will still be going :)
