I bought mine at CP and the Warranty card is non other than the reciept for them.. But mine they chop a 5 years Warranty on the receipt.. Something Like that..

I am also facing almost the same problem.. Bought mine 1 month ago at CP.. And as if my cabinet door seal isn't that good.. Got my adjustment knob at "M", the RH lvl is still ok.. Between 30%~45%.. But when open and closed the cabinet door, the RH lvl will rise to 50%.. After a Couple of Hours...
