Was there a month back.. Brought a7r with 24-70 f4 & cv 35mm f1.2 packed inside Hadley small bag.. Travel light.
Dont forget to visit yodobashi at akibahara.. All the cameras & lenses u can play with without any salesman bothering u.
When i was at robot restaurant at shinjuku for cheapo dinner but expensive show it was Low light so use cv 1.2 and had to prefocus. To get good SS had to bump up iso to 3200 to catch the bots and babes in motion
If u have budget for xt1 u can go and try em1,xt1,a7.similar body shape
Dont rush into it. I had em5 & xp1..sold my em5 first as xp1 IQ was better.. Eventually sold xp1 for a7r.
tested further sal2470z with ea4 on a7r. the light loss coupled with no OSS makes taking sharp photos quite challenging in low light. AF is still quite good though.
sony centre imm mounted a7r test model with Zeiss 24-70/2.8
anybody know how this lens perform with a7r? AF still quite good and weight stil ok.but sales guy say with the ea4 adapter the lens no more 2.8. he say 1 full stop slower.
Didnt stay long enough for cp+. My last day there was when the snow first hit tokyo on saturday morning. My sunday midnight flight was postpone for 8hrs. Everyone there were camping in the airport
I went to several yodobashis in tokyo in early feb 14.. My fav is in akibahara as that outlet is huge compared to the others in tokyo. Was looking for the voightlander close focus adapter but no stock.
Watches in japan can be priced 3k-4k cheaper & they also have a lot of mint condition 2nd...
Yodabashi i love it... Play with many camera & lenses as well as looking for cheap omega watches compared to spore prices.
I am no pro like u bros so pics look pretty much the same to me whether using 24-70, 28-70 or cv 35 1.2 but i did particular like 2 shots I taken with rx1 previously
