hey guys, sent an email to nikon, anyway they replied that the problem with my cam was the af sensor so had to be replaced ..really too***s man. oh well i wish i could say money well spent, i guess till next time...*sigh*

the problem was, when i shot landscape..it focused just fine...indoors became a problem. furthermore when i brought it to NSC they tried it on the spot and it just didnt even run, meaning couldnt even hear the autofocus sound...later they told me it was the body..:think:

well guys, ive read the good and the bad here about the cops. just want to try to explain. i am a Police reservist with Ang mo kio police division. before that i was with the traffic police full time NS. one thing we have to get it right is that they are not the problem. Neither are...

i did ask them, this was a known problem with another lens...i think its just a con. when i asked them about it they said no problems with this one ... *sigh*..i do love my d70...its like having your favourite kid go astray..hehe

man oh man, im so shocked and disappointed that im thinking of selling my d70. i hardly use it. did 4 assignments in 2 yrs with it. 3 weddings and 1 event. so guess my surprise when i took it out again to prepare it for my vacation, and guess what the autofocus malfunctioned, erratic...

hey guys i have a creative zen micro, was wondering if anyone tried using it as a storage device?. what i want to do is connect it (somehow) to my d70 as an external storage. anyone tried it before?..cables? where to get? thanks. :cry:

hey guys need help. just got my 17" SXGA LCD monitor 170B6CB/00 the thing is im using photoshop cs and when i view my past works the quality is bad. the colours arent sharp...and my images actually look blotchy like when you set up a new pc without the video card... the gfx is good...

hey guys am going to bangkok soon, was thinking of bringing my cam there...d70..any advice?.....especially safety, dun wanna get the cam stolen or worse burgled!.....any other advice u guys can throw in my direction would be much appreciated.

dude i looked through ur gallery too..most of your images needed much much better lighting.....most were under or not enough.... other than that okaylah...... :thumbsup:

well most of my prints have been in 4r and they came out ok... the problem is..(i think)...that i was viewing the images on a pc monitor and when zoomed to the 100% it looked soft(3008x2008) but when zoomed out it looked ok...well kind of anyway. as for d70 we gotta remember the largest size...

yup it is still available....at least in melbourne.....dunno bout the rest of the country....

if the images on your portfolio are what i think they are.....digital format....then i assure you they are soft in focus.....at least thats my two cents worth...
