Oh no...canon does not give red-eye removal tool in their raw edit software, do they? think i got to do photoshop a lot now.

I was shooting a roadshow with my 400D and 70-300mm 4-5.6 IS USM in raw format, using the built in flash. I am sure the red-eye reduction is on. When i look at the pictures on laptop, most of the pictures have red-eye! Why is it? Is it due to raw format? or due to the instance ( i am shooting...
