hi, i do self scanning and i recently shot 35mm. i use a epson v700. does anyone here have any idea how to scan 35mm with sproket holes? the film guide doesn't really help and the 35mm film holder covers up the sproket holes.

i'd suggest you get something like a bessa. with russians, i've been there done that. cheap but unreliable. pinhole burns, heavy, cloth shutter sluggish, mechanics rough. i mean yes, they look pretty cool but nah. don't bother. try a bessa R. russian lenses on the other hand, good stuff. cheap...
