Yep it does comes with local warranty, just make sure there's a mark noting its from nikon singapore. I just got mine last week at iphoto body at 1.7k! =) with all the free gifts (Nikon bag , cleaning cloth, cleaning kit) good deal i suppose. The uncle was very friendly too. =)

Just wondering why did they change the battery size of D7000? Now I cant share battery with my friends =/

Hi , got my D7000 on Wednesday 15/12/2010 at Iphoto. The service there was good at the price of 1.7k with 1 8gb SD card and all the free gifts from Sitex (Cleaning kit , fibre cloth , nikon bag) Got myself a brand new one (0 shutter count)

They thought I was going to come down today but when I tell the guy called raymond or something I'm coming down on wednesday, his tone changed. Doesn't sound very happy...

So is this iPhoto an authorised dealer of Nikon? Or is it a grey place? Cause I getting my first ever DSLR. and I heard this place give good deal.
