it's not a refund per se as in the discount is dependent up the camera u return BUT .... on the amount of $$$ that FIXED 21% discount off the RRP of the new camera that you intend to purchase so best to ask your to narrow down a list of cameras he/she have in mind for the replacement and do the...

seriously ... please consider before just enrolling in this program ESP if your camera you trading in is still working ... if u gonna buy a camera ... be sure to first call reputable shops for quotes first ... cos i realised depending on the camera ... the 21% discount you get from the program...
