Yeap, 600D has exactly the same, with additional 2 features - Movie Digital Zoom + Video Snapshot. Most importantly, it's going to be cheaper than 60D. And this is the main reason why I don't want to get the 60D, yet.
Hm... Not really, as I believe Canon gives better quality in terms of video. Unless you have something else that you think it's better than them? (with the price range of max 3k)
Well since i'm actually on my way to get 60D for video purposes, I might need to change my mind to this 600D, with its extra feature of Movie Digital Zoom and Video snapshot. Most importantly, it's cheaper than 60D ( I think).

I would like to "jump" to this thread as I'm also in a position of choosing a DSLR camera for video shooting.
I'm in a dilemma of choosing the model between 60D or Nikon D7000.

Also, Bampoopictures were saying that 60D allows only 480i through its HDMI? Mind to explain...
