Try out SugarCRM. www.sugarcrm.com It's OpenSource (No license cost). I use it in my company and it's pretty good. The free community version can do all that you need and more.

Feels really good to see so many new friendships forged over the past couple of weeks. This will be the biggest reward (other than doing charity and the tan) for everyone involved in the project. :thumbsup: All the core group folks also got to know each other through the last PhotoAid in 05...
