Understand that the brand's origin is frm Japan. But where are they made in? DIfferent models made in different country? If so, den PENTAX Optio S10 made in where? anyone knows?

Which would be better? A higher megapixel cam? or a cam which can zoom very far is better? For compact, personal use, usually people dun really print out an extremely large size of photo lk posters.But still, would like to find out what are the preferred choice. Your views pls.
