The err message is commutation error between lens and camera. I guess problem is with the chip

Thanks for all your reply. Will go to Conurus to convert the lens. Btw the error message is just an err on the VF. I reckon it should be chip problem. I used this lens on the 7D no mirror problem can't remember the adapter brand but it's a low profile thin one.

I have a contex lense with CY to EF mount it works well on 5D classic and 7D but show error message on 5D3. Anyone can recommend another CY to EF adapter that works with 5D3?
