how to find this camera workshop/hospital? i noob atm... don know much. but i wanna revive it n try take some shoots

I dig this camera from my dad's room... Haha. can anione tell me where/ how to clean this kinda SLR camera? Any profession shop to clean for me? i feel that this camera is kinda old n cute. so wanna try to revive it again.
