yowch, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it and see if it works. My only worry is if the problem lies with the camera, then even if I buy new CF cards also won't work.

Does anyone else have this problem? My S602z has read/write error after using with the CF card for about 15 mins. Or is the problem with the CF card? In the end, have to stick to SM card which I understand is being phased out (and which only comes in 128mb)....sigh... :(

Got my 2nd hand S602z, about 1.5 yrs old now, altho' external body is less than perfect, the pictures are still good and satisfactory, if you like the colour saturation. The specs. are great (still not many prosumer models can beat it at its price), so go for it!

Ya, and it's a really tiny tv, like 9" wide....the canon guy was promoting it to me at the pc show, and I was like:"Huh? Free B/W tiny TV....shd I be jumping for joy?" :bsmilie:
