I agree with this. I bought 35mm f1.8 last week, paired with d7k and take some shoot of my 3 weeks old daughter. Since I want to take some close up shoot with 1-1.5 m distance (and very dim light condition), I worry if i use dynamic AF or 3D it'll focus on her hand that keep moving instead of...

If it's a scratch, I suppose you will see it at the final image. But really, i never saw it before in my D7k, probably i need to look harder :-)

Nope, but perhaps i never take notice since it's not distrupting.

Then you should go and check it. There is a almost silent click sound on mine but absolutley no barrel vibration.

If you shoot wide on most situation than I suggest 18-200. Unless you get another wide angle lens along with 28-300.

I will choose option 1, don't want my object look blurred because of low shutter speed,unless it's intentionally.

I use LV when I'm not very sure about the white balance. In that case, I usually check the white balance from LV because it's real time. But the shoot is 99% taken with OVF.
