580EXII. Not sure if the promotion price of $599 is still available.
I've tried both the 430EX and 580EXII.
I got the 580EXII.
It's worth it. Fast recharge time and high output.
If you don't want to spend too much, you could always consider the 3rd party alternatives. The chinese brand...
I believe the shops with good reputation will let you choose and test lenses. AP at Funan allows you to do so, even if you are not buying anything. But i guess if you have a nice demeanour, you will be treated with nice service.

This is the first time seeing the G550 flying by. I agree that this plane flies very very quietly. And it was flying behind another aircraft which had a loud motor sound.
What was happening yesterday? The whole afternoon and night time, planes were flying by like they were having a race or...
I think its quite cool looking.
Though you might want to change background or burn your background?
The white line in your background which i suppose is your floor tile is somewhat distracting.

If the 1855 kit lens was serving you fine, get another copy second hand.

I'm using pt-04 II. Bought from Reddotphoto.
It cost me $60 for a trigger and 2 receivers.
The range is pretty good, around 25m+.
For my use, its good enough as i just want to explore wireless and multiple flash photography.
