Happened to me a couple of times when I tried using a multi card reader to transfer pictures from my xD card. I'm using a oly camera and card. Nowadays I transfer directly from the camera, so far no problem.

I've problem and I don't know if I'm doing it correctly. I've the MEtz attached(via SCA3202) to the C750 to shoot at low light condition. My flash is set to TTL, and camera in Aperture priority. A light pressure on the C750 button triggers the AF beam from the Flash which projects red color grid...

At nite, indoor with less than 20watt flourecent lamp to light up the living room. A situation where the OLY needs a f3.2 at 1/2" for correct exposure.. That's what is happening to me.

Sandisk also makes xD card according to their site.. Somemore has panoroma features like the olympus card. Wonder has anyone seem them in singpaore?

But does this adapter has the 128mb limitation? Most readers and adapters I believe has this limitation of unable to read more than 128mb. I have one such reader that only reads my 16mb xD card, but not my 256mb.

As I just bought the C750, realise that the AF with low light condition is rather poor. A search in the web found that many others has the same problem, Beside the FL-40, which is too expensive, is there any other makes of flash that has AF assist? Does the FL-20 has it?
