ooooo i got myself the philips card a few days back from groupon

don't know if i am on the right thread. Am using a D7000 and a SB-700. Is there a way to shoot my flash without attaching the speedlite onto the hotshoe? Do i need a remote or anything? But a remote shoot flash but my camera will not fire off accurately as well. Any solution? Thanks.
