Basically to cover most events one just need 3 zoom lenses a wide angle zoom, a mid range zoom and a tele zoom. Syl... forget about bringing the 70-200 and 400 just your 70-300 DO keep your equipment simple

Terence is right about the QC issue I was lucky i got a good set. Even then because of the mechanical shutter every one a while have to play with various shutter speeds so they will not get 'sticky'

i would agree with the IT guy about the collar. That lens is not that heavy ! Oxygen is asking about the 70-200 f4 not a 600 f4 Or even the f2.8 version Anyway the f2.8 version comes with the collar. It seems that canon supplies the collar to lenses which really need them

Its true what everybody said about prices there. Even the second hand stuff more expensive than Singapore. A word about Vanbar. It seems for cameras they only specialise in Nikons.They carry a large range of black & white papers and chemicals some of which unobtainable here. Also inkjet papers
