I replaced my 18-35mm, 28-70mm f2.8 and 80-200mm f2.8 with this lens. One lens cover all range. With it compact size and weight, it's a joy carrying around. ;)

This lens does not have HSM aka AF-S for Nikon and IS for Canon. So it still not the same level as the Nikon.

I got it 15 yrs ago at roughly the same price. The price has maintenance as it is till now. ;p
