Alien Bees light are good and expensive..Nvm, found out a 40inch softbox is adequate for full body shots.. i think i can put 2 speedlites together in the softbox to increase the power output for bright daytime usage.. i've seen some ppl do that with great results.. tks anyways..

i have a 580EXII and planning on getting the 430EXII for a strobist setup with umbrellas but i realized most portraits photography i see that uses speedlite are mainly for 1/2 or 3/4 full body shots.. what size should i be ok with for full body portraits .. preferred umbrellas would be the all...
i dont really care if i have to walk a little here and there just to get a good shot.. i will be mainly doing full and half portraits and some wide angles .. the Canon EF 24mm f/1.4 L USM II is looking too expensive(for 1 lens) for me right now.. might consider it when i save up enuff for it...

a fren of mine in nepal has spotted a Ef 50mm f/1.2 L lens in a particular shop and said the salesman told him it was worth 12000RS (about SGD220).. i wanna know if that is the real deal? is it a fake; is there even such a thing as fake L lens ? maybe there's a catch ? broken lens, fungus...
Of course its a ring type full ftm lens.. That was why i was interested in it as well.. The cheaper micromotor variant Usm does not support full ftm except for one lens, i believe its the 50mm f/1.4 Usm .
