Actually that's pretty much what she wears every day, so it was actually the act of getting her out of the house that involved work . . . she didn't dress in any special way for the event. Not sure what an xmm is, maybe 小妹妹. Anything that looks old about her is purely the...
She's my wife, actually! Neither the model or the photographer are trained in any way . . . just like to take pictures. In fact I have a hard time trying to convince her to stand in front of my camera long enough to activate the shutter release, so this was something of a rare event for both...
Summer and I went to Old Changi Hospital to shoot some photos this weekend. 1,000,000 mosquitos are there, but we survived. Hope you like them, C&C Welcome!

Love the first picture. I find the crop fine, and the vignette works for me. #2 good too. #3 falls a little flat somehow. But really a nice set of pictures.
Of course it helps that she is stunningly beautiful. Nice work.
Wow I didn't expect to see this when I checked back in to this thread. I don't think I've ever seen a thread where someone has said they would "love CC" on their photo, and then provides such a defensive rebuttal (attack really) of the critiques received.
Eyedear, if you post a photo and 10...
B and G are absolutely beautiful. I think the watermark is really really distracting. I think the cropping of A is intentional, but it doesn't quite work for me. I'd prefer to see the model a bit more to the right in the frame, showing more of the body on the left.
I LOVE the colors and the pose, and the isolation of the model from the background. Somehow I'm slightly distracted by the model's right foot cut off at the frame. I think maybe just a bit more room around the edge would be better.
Great image.
Yes, very much so. It's very likely that you need to calibrate your monitor. Find a second computer and take a look - you'll see it very clearly.
I have had problems with a bad color profile for a monitor I recently purchased, and it created a very strong yellow color cast. I went into the...
Well, it depends on what you mean by macro. I mean there's "close-up" photography, and then there's true "macro" photography.
I think the generally accepted definition of a "true" macro lens is a lens which can provide a magnification of 1:1 at the sensor/film plane. That means if something...
