Thanks all for the suggestions. Seems like Tamron or Sigma might be a good choice then. Can anyone advise if Tamron 28-75, do you face any situations with the angle not wide enough on a crop body? Eg taking pics in a restaurant?

Hi All, I am going Universal Studio next week with my family and thinking of just bringing 18-55mm kit lens. I think will mostly be shooting my family and the structures there. Would that be sufficient? Or should I bring long my 35mm f1.8G or 55-200mm? Thank you.

I was asking the same question some time back also but I was contemplating about getting a 50mm f/1.8 when I already have the 35mm f/1.8G. Even now when I have my 50mm, I still love my 35mm f/1.8G. It is a lens that I will keep even if I sell my other lens away as it is really good and sharp...
