Not sure if anyone is always shooting in brackets mode say +/- 1EV. I realised my iPhone has a pretty good exposure compared to my settings in my M3. So maybe getting 3 shots are once has a better chance than just one shot at a single exposure?

Yup, I'm using it to import the photos. No issues. Hm..mine is a lot slower than 20-25% I think.

Oic. Thanks. I managed to transfer files to the Mac with wifi using the software you mentioned to set it up. Probably its due to my connection, the transfer was awfully slow so I think it'll stick to the traditional method of using the USB instead.

Anyone tried transferring files to pc/mac directly through wifi? It keep prompting me to setup the location to save the files in the pc by plugging in the USB. But after plugging in, nothing happens and I couldn't find anything related to setting up of location in the Play Memories Home app...

I got mine at Cathay Photo. Cost 100 less than RRP. But only free 16G card no extra batteries.

I went ahead and got the m3. Things I like, its compactness, its EVF, its wide angle. Things that can be improved, its low-light capabilities. I'm not sure if a dslr or maybe some settings make the images appear sharper though. Here's an image and video I took at MBS. Can't post link yet, so...

Can M3 post directly to Facebook/Instagram via wifi? And, is the XAVC S video quality any better than HD (720p)? Been browsing through some samples in youtube but I couldn't see the difference. Read it needs Sony's Play memories to play back on a PC? How bout on a Mac?

Had a chance to play with the demo set. I couldn't get autofocus to work when I'm zoomed in. Works fine when I'm zoomed out. Subject is probably an arm's distance away. Is this normal? I hate the auto camera shut down when EVF is closed too, where do we feedback to Sony so they will fix it?

Thanks. Just checked out canon g1x mk2 in youtube. still favor rx100 due to its pocketable size and image quality (referring to the pixel density since i couldn't really tell other difference). Thanks for the info. Compact and great images works for me. Had a DSLR and never really used it...
