I find nothing wrong with my 350D and my 85mm/1.8. 'wouldn't really know though how it performs with the 400D. Should be the same i think....

Yup. It takes a while getting used to. As for the distortion when using specs, I use contact lenses when I use my camera so I cant really comment on that :)

Beyond what it does for your nose :bsmilie: , it actually reduces the view by a certain percentage so you get to see more of the frame -- making it closer to WYSIWYG.

Hopefully you didnt burn the mainboard. Same thing happened to me about 6 months back. 'was about to go on an overseas trip when the bugger just gave me the error. Sent it to Canon for repair 10 days AFTER warranty expired. I gave them a piece of my mind. Still had to pay for the spare...

More than the warmer skin tone, I find the clearance above the head a bit too much. But that's me, i usually like tighter crops. My 2 cents.

Hair being cut off is not much of an issue. Good bokeh buddy!

Just a minor nitpick, the leading line on the right dissects the head of the model; otherwise, it's a good photo.

Um, just be mindful when you cut off the models' feet, a bit distracting....

Um, on the first pic, you cut her hands....

Post your photos in the gallery; then select a few (3-5 photos) of the 'best ones' for a bit of C&C in the forum. Though some say there's improvement in your photos (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt), one thing I can truly say is that the bulk of your photos are very similar which...

Not too happy with my Zen Vision. Wait till you try reviewing photos (JPGs only, it can't read RAW files) on it -- it hangs royally each time!
