Hello Nikon users, can anyone comment on the difference in these 2 zoom lens, apart from the bigger range of the 28-105, are there significant differences??? Is the optics good??

I go on trekking trips very often so tripod is too big and heavy. But it's a pity not to capture all the nice views. So wonder if there is any solution to it... like how to capture a proper waterfall or sunset view when u need to climb 2 days to reach it??

I agree!! They quote depending on whether you handsome or not.....maybe i look differently on different days, that's why sometimes I was told 'handsome' price sometimes not so 'handsome' price.

actually I will be carrying one 60 li backpack already, so don't think it's possible to have another backpack for cameras, anybody can think of other good alternatives?
