If its too expensive to repair then just sell it off for parts on ebay or elsewhere. Just wanted to ask, did the camera fall on its lens 1st or body 1st?

Don't turn or pull the lens, try to gently push it into the body while switching off (don't use force). If it doesn't work then sending it back is the best solution, as I think the zoom motor gears might have misaligned.

I am currently hunting for a cheap automatic external flash unit, it need not have P-ttl and must be less than $100. I will be using the flash on a K100D, I can't afford a P-ttl flash at the moment but I need an external flash to do some flash photography. Pls advise. thx.

Actually Pentax lenses are harder to be found in Malaysia. Only Canon and Nikon lenses are widely available. Sigma Malaysia sources their lens and flashes from Sigma Singapore and Sigma Malaysia does not stock lens for other mounts except for Canon or Nikon. FA lenses are quite difficult to...
