Why is it taking so long to judge this contest? Five more weeks to go before we say to goodbye to 2010. What is keeping you guys from announcing the result?

I have participated in many photo competitions here and aboard, I think the rules and conditions of this Chingay photo contest is REALLY BAD! I am sad and disappointed to mention that the organizers have absolutely no respect for photographers. Photographers are treated just like dirt.

I was there today, Sunday. I fully agreed that this is NOT the right place for kite flying event due to blockage from tall buildings nearby. The wind is not strong enough for the kites to fly higher. By 6.30pm the whole area is sardine-packed with everyone trying very hard to fly their kites up...
