Sharps I think you need to try out and see which one you are comfortable with. With the magnifier it helps. In low light it may be too difficult to get both in focus as the aperture may be too wide. Anyways you want to isolate the one who's facing you to see his look. It's an atheistic decision.

Hey Sharps, its pretty good....exposure is alright, composition of course subjective, to me, quite nice, the illusive "line" to me looks like the edge of an object...again you juts need to think about what you want to focus on, like for example, the picture with the 2 chefs should be focussed on...
