I heard many good reviews on this lens as well. But I'm thinking of upgrade to a better lens. It seems like its either the 24-105, 24-70 ( the extra 20mm from my current lens), 70-200 ( which I think is too bulky and expensive). Is the 24-105 the older design? Comparing 24-105F4 and 24-70F4...

I'm using canon 70D along with Sigma 17-50mm. "m interested at longer focal length lenses. I'm looking at 24-104mm, heard many reviews on 24-105 that its not suitable for APSC camera. Any recommendation on lenses? Thanks.
