Hi, went out and bought a proprietary pocket wizard sync cable from Cathay Photo. It only improved marginally, as in, the black line is now less at 1/200s. I am using Nikon D600 and sync speed is 1/250 max. I have 3 pieces of pocket wizard flex tt5 but there seems to be no way to connect it to the strobe. The standard trigger I agree may be the weak link. Thanks

Has anyone tried to overcome the sync speed limitation of 1/160 on manual mode? Any way to use the pocket wizard flex TT5 transceiver with it or PC Sync cord to over come the limitation. Is the FP mode any good at all? Would appreciate advice. Thanks
