In many occasions, I used my 17-40mm & it is fine exccept tat it is not fast enough. So I had to use bounced flash to light up my subjects. If using 16-35L chances r, it will be juz nice. And using of 17-55mm is the btr choice den the other 2 he mentioned. As for distortion, try not to zoom out...

16-35mm 2.8L ... Else 17-55mm coz the rest u will find it difficult to find in confine space. 18-135mm hope the angle is wide enough for most shot...

Yup... add on... With low lighting, EF-16-35L would be an added advantage...if budget is not a prob...good for indoor shoot as well.

Try not using lense filter... it will create awful ghosting in certain angles....
