No doubt D70!!! Just think of D70's CCD is several times bigger than that of C8800, you know you already earn back the price difference. No need mention other goodie, say, if u really jump into the "Dark Side", you would find ur "not-so-cheap" C8800 got no way to upgrade.

It seems this kind of complaint not at odd, I found similar complaints in other forums in other countries as well It happens to be I'm a lucky D70 user`~~ :D

During good old days, Nikon is the undisputable King of SLR cameras. But entering the Digi-era, for the low-end DC market, the name Nikon is totally merged by names like Casio/Epson/or so on that previously are almost not heard in the camera industrial. For the high-end DSLR scene...

1st is Canon, Now it's every big boys' business, it seems... Electronics giants like Panasonic together with leica take side with Olympus and Sony with Carl Zeiss also are entering DSLR market. Kodak and Fujico announced their joining in the 3/4 system earlier on. Olympus and Panasonic...

Ya, I wud say they'r nice pics, Fully demonstrate how capable the D70+kit len can handle. Only the autumn will give the chance of so enriched color and light, that's the joy of snap lover... :D :thumbsup:

What's the difference from the D70 made in Thailand or elsewhere, you may not aware Nikon also assemble D100 in Suzhou China, any complaint? The most important thing: let the consumer benefit the most.
