How to set non-cpu contacts on D90?

Thanks guys. Sorry for the late reply. Just gotten the prime lens. It looks dark and blur when i view thru the viewfinder. Perhaps i didn't off set to non cpu as mentioned. I will try again later and post later.

Hi all, I ordered an extension tube from ebay. When i mount it between my camera body and lens, it shows "F--". I can't seem to do anything with the camera. Any idea how to use it? or there is certain settings i have to set first? Fyi, the brand is massa. Thanks.
