Same problem. However, mine (after pressing shutter btn) mirror and shutter opens. Err comes out. Clicking shutter btn again "dislodges" the thing, but same problem appeared each time later. No choice, I have sent it in to nikon. ONLY 23k shots taken.

Rather odd.. btw you should do a full format on card reader using a PC. If still 933, I think you should send it back for replacement. My apacer and kingston 256mb only differ by ~1MB.
