Hi all, I will be picking up the S90 over the weekend so that I can have something to play with when I go overseas...is there anything I need to take note of when I check the camera?
Oh ok...so the drying agent you are referring to would be silica gel? Or those hungry hippo type of products that you can get in supermarkets?
Sorry for being so noob...I will have to admit that I did not really take care of my PnS last time! ;p
Hi all, quick question...is a drybox required to store the G11 when not in use? I used to just rely on PnS so drybox wasn't really a consideration...but I am thinking of either the G11 or the Panny GF1...so is a drybox required?
Hi everyone,
I am considering buying the GF1 but I was wondering...does the GF1 require a drybox for normal storage since it uses interchangeable lens? Cos if it does then I'll have to budget for it as well!
I was actually looking at the Canon G11 but I am kind of distracted by the GF1...
Hiya!
A few places you can try in Vancouver.
1. Stanley Park
2. Granville Island
3. Gas town
The 3 places above are abit on the touristy side...but I guess you should be able to get good photo opportunities.
One more place...Steveston village....its a fishing port of sorts...nice...
Thanks...you see...the thing is...the manual of the charger did not say anything about how long the initial charge should be...and the Canon manual doesn't say anything about the operating temperature...so I thought I might try my luck here...thanks alot ya?
Anyone else can help me out?
Hi ppl,
Just bought a Canon A60 and the Sanyo Super Quick Charger (with Sanyo 2100mah batts) today...gonna use it for my trip to Japan in a day or so.
Got a few questions:
1.How long do I have to charge the new Sanyo batts?
2.What kind of plugs does Japan use? As long as the charger...
I agree with ur 1st paragraph...and cos I am not gonna be using the camera for a while during my bmt...was afraid that the camera might be underused and fungus might damage the camera...that is a major restraining factor in my considerations...
We'll see...
Hiya...thanks alot for ur reply...now I know where to go to ask questions ;)
I'm still considering..contemplating..deliberating...etc etc..lotsa brain cells are gonna be gone at the end...cos I am still a student...going to NS next year...so dunno if I want to plong down the money for this...
Oh...so I dun have to worry about the digital prints from those photo labs having worsening quality as I develop larger prints?
Had a minor mixup...turns out that will be printing in 6R instead...so was hoping that if the A60 can handle 6R photos well and give out quality pictures...then I...
Hey guys...another question for u all...dun mind can help me out? I scouted around and saw the A60 going for ard $340 so having second thoughts abt the A70...
The main point of buying this camera is so that I can do 4R digital prints...if I buy a 2 megapixel camera like the A60...will the 4R...
Oh...thats something new...thanks alot for the info...
Then are there any software I can use to crop the pictures myself? I know photoshop is one right? But are there any free ones on the web? Not really practical to buy photoshop just to crop pics eh?
Hiya! Thanks alot for the quick reply...I was looking at the A80 as well...but the price is a lil out of the budget...so I was thinking of the A70 instead...
May I know the differences between the A70 and the A80? I only recall that like you said, the A80 has a swivel LCD screen and the 4...
