There's many ways to take sharp photo. One way is via 'Photoshop'. Use the software to tune a not so good photo to a good photo, and turn a great photo to a speechless one. For above photo, I only downsize with photoshop. Of course behind a nice photo, there's plenty of bad photos taken liao. The 'fog' U mentioned, I suspect is the condensation due to the temperture difference.
