Mine's already gone. Got exactly the problem of snagging on bag. In fact, it snag on my body too as I lift up the camera to my eye. Fell off many times but I found it back, and finally one day it just disappeared on the street one day, never to be seen again.
It was great while it lasted, but...
Bro, handheld? If so it looks like the IBIS is doing its job. and did it pass all the relevant info?
BTW can PM me your price? MSColor my fav shop also :)
I'm also interested. Primarily I want to know if it will adjust my IBIS settings on my EM5 to the right setting automatically and correctly.. "50mm macro" is not the same as "50mm" on the OMD manual IBIS settings..
If that's the case, then where is this 'splash from sides or bottom not covered' info coming from? Don't tell me underwater cases only protect against water coming from top also..
If that's the case, then maybe the OSC should clear some of the decisions they're making with their marketing department before they act. The cost of one single billboard at Orchard MRT can probably pay the repair charges for all potential 'weather-sealing' related problems for the entire year...
I think Oly should clarify their policy. If you ask me, weather-sealed = any sort of water damage should be covered. That's the whole point. If we still have to go through this 'it was your fault' crap, why don't I just buy a non-weather sealed camera and just keep it out of the rain, just like...
