Yes i recalled Ms Mok mentioning this brother-sister relationship when I purchased my dry-cabinet. Now, after just 3 years, the lcd started to run, then now not a single display. Even the red led light no longer lighted. Anyone know what is the cause of this problem?

you may want to check on the warranty; canon has stopped offering international warranty for some of the countries; i think USA is one of them.

if you are selecting 70-200mm f4 IS, then you should consider getting 70-200 f2.8 (non-IS) instead. Price is not much diff between these lenses.
