Looks like it is blocked/have something in the way! I cannot even push a 'film' through it!!

My Instax 200 isn't working properly, so am wondering if anyone has any help. The problem is that when a picture is 'taken' an awful load noise comes from the little arm that moves the films up! This is because the film cannot exit the camera through the top slot! Any solutions???
