Just tried again with Av mode at F8 to F16. It's very sharp. I think the HDR Backlit mode sucks coz it allows handheld. haha.

Oh I know why. Coz I used the auto blacklit HDR mode of 6D. A bit of shaking.

I heard around 4pm. BTW, B+W doesn't have filter for Sigma 35mm? Which filter should I buy for the Sigma lens?

Yeah I think I'd go for it then. Moreover, 2 year and 6 month warranty? not like 15 month warranty from Canon. Never know Sigma is that good =))

I find the 24-105 can be used more often than 35mm (at the 24-end). That's why I think I prefer the 24-105 coz I never use 35mm before :D As for portrait and macro, I think the 50L and 100L do the job already.

I don't know coz I had this problem on my 24-105 back in early 2010. After that never used 24-105 again till now I find it's such a good deal for the 6D kit. I did a google search and it seems like ppl are still discussing about this issue in 2012. That's why I'm not so sure if it's fixed in...

Is it Sigma 30mm f/1.4? Never used sigma before :D BTW, what do you guys think of the error code 01 issue with 24-105? Still lots of ppl are buying 24-105?

I thought it's a known issue to the 24-105L. You can just do a google search for "error code 01 24-105" and it all points to this 24-105L lens from Canon. For example: fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1082084/0#10303268

Yeah but I heard the 24-105 always has the error code 1 a.k.a can't auto focus. 2 years ago I got the same problem from the 24-105L that comes with 5DMk2. Not sure if Canon fixed in the new batch of 24-105.

seems like a good deal for the 24-105 but too bad I want 24-70 or 35L :(((((((

yeah I was just hoping if any shop is still selling the Mark 1, but not. haha. Will check for the 6D + 35L combo coz I heard that the 24-105 will break down in about 6 months or so. Last time I used to use a 24-105L with broken zoom.
