Center focus on the button 5...

This is what I meant unacceptable focus... the center focus is accurate.

I will try to get sample tonight, but what i meant by out of focus is totally out, kind of few inches out and it's definitely not acceptable... But when i use center point, it's work perfectly...

After i sent my lens for calibration, it gives me a perfect focus on the center AF. But it gives me horrible blur on the other AF points. Is it normal that I can only use center AF point? Cheers,
