Nice macros! Found a couple of these Heavy Jumpers a couple of months ago and kept them for about 2 weeks on house flies and fruit flies.
They make great pets: tough and the behaviour is interesting.
Released them near my house. Now, if they would just reproduce...!
#5 Bee is actually a Hoverfly. I see this species in my 'garden' in Jakarta regularly.
At least, I think it's the same. What do you think?

I used to do this with black gaffer tape on all my bodies and lenses.
That was 20 years ago and now I now regret not taking the tape off before it got hard!
That remindsme..gotta check the old 800 mm f/5.6 Canon FD and see if I can take the tape off the hood!!
