From what I can see the VR elements are dislodged as visible thru the lens. As a result the focus is out and the camera is metering much lower light than usual.
Looks like I will have to bring it back to NSC for repairs. Anyone know what the damage will be to my pocket?
I've seen forums that...
We also spent a day in Huanglong (黄龙) and were smitten by a slightly different array of natural wonders.

Did a short 5 day trip to this gorgeous heaven on earth. I was not disappointed as the sceneries were mind blowing. No photo will ever re-enact what your eyes can truly see. I did manage to get some shots...... enjoy!

Went on a week's vacation in Port Stephens + Manly, Sydney so decided on a few days of diving. I really hate diving in a 7mm suit and 14kg of weights. It's just plain ridiculous.
Anyway, here are some nice shots from the trip.

On average about USD900 for a 6 day trip w/o flights. I choose to stay in a better resort so our taste for comfort may differ. Total of 12 dives. I always dive alone with my dive guide.
I book my dive trips in the country itself. In this case its Aquamarine Diving in Bali. I hire a private dive guide so I get his undivided attention throughout each dive.
