It's sad, but the service industry in Singapore is realistic. Unless customers readily give tips, those waiters and waitress will just perform minimum service standard. Unlike the Japanese culture...

Property prices at Jurong East and KL will rise because of this mega project. The shopping malls' value at KL will rise sharply too. Most likely the prices of goods inside the shopping malls of KL will rise steadily when influx of Singaporeans into KL start.. Same story as JB's City Square
