I have to agree that motoblur is motorola being very blur. However, can install other launchers like launcher pro to alleviate that part.
Since you wanna just use it out of the box, I guess Xperia Arc will be pretty good. Anyway its using Gingerbread, so dun have to worry too much about...
Forget both, get Atrix.
For me, custom ROMs are unnecessary, got root can liao. And atrix is already rooted. Nvidia is coming out with a slew of Tegra optimised games.
Atrix battery is the best so far in the industry. I am seeing 20+ hours of typical usage per charge.
Personally, not facing the problem, so no need.
But its good that Canon gives such options to people that needs it, rather than forcing you to buy a new camera. Hope they can give more such optional upgrades.
I ordered something from DX on 22 Oct and just received it yesterday (30 Nov).
When I sent a support mail to DX, they mentioned that its due to HK Post Office being overwhelmed and delayed in sending the package out to Singapore.
If you buy now, you will be enjoying it no. Buy later enjoy later.
And I doubt markIII will bring any to-die-for upgrades and I am sure markIII's prices will put you off so you might just end up buying a markII.
First time tio charge is $50 if below 3rd seargent. 2nd sarge and above got different package. Officer is S$150.
I usually fail IPPT then go RT, that will cover me for 2 cycles so the next time I need to do it again is the year after. Its like every 2 years IPPT + RT once, then clear for...
Dear fellow 5Dm2 owners,
I recently read in this website: http://www.backyardastronomy.com/Backyard_Astronomy/DSLR_Cameras_for_Astrophotography.html. That 5Dm2 has this feature where it has a special buffer memory to take up 5 long exposures then apply a dark frame to each of the previous 5...
You can try the butterfly garden at sentosa imbiah lookout. Although you need to pay to go in, but the butterflies there are not human shy and you can touch and even hold them. Managed to even take videos and snap photos. I even took and place some on my daughter's head, shoulders and arms.
A Nikon to Canon lens adapter need not to be as expensive as S$300. You can easily get one from ebay as low as S$15 if you are willing to live with MF. If you need AF confirm, then you are looking into the range of S$40 - $80 depending on the AF confirm chip used.
Ok what, makes it look like a L lens. Hee hee.
Yup, I have this prob with my 24-70 L, but there is no way I can lock the lens. so have to live with it. And to protect the lens, I use put the hood on most of the time I go outdoors with it.
Its ok, I am just trying my luck also. Ya, they got the luxury of space and no shipping fees (vpost etc). I guess I'll go for the clamping option rather than a more permanent and sturdy bolting.
Thanks daredevil123! :)
8-10kg is the scope+cam+adapters+finders+filters and a good mount that does stable tracking/goto etc adds another 8-10kg. So, the tripod has to carry 16-20kg. So far, only an $800+ manfrotto can do it, versus a customised metal pier that is unshakable and costs only $100-200 max. The reason why...
Tripod will still shake and my whole setup is like 8 - 10kg and i would like to use a goto equatorial mount so that it can track stars and planets properly.
Hi,
Not sure if this is the right section to post but I am kinda lost on where to post for this question but here goes.
I am planning to attach a metal structure by means of bolting it down on the window ledge. Specifically, it is a pier for a telescope mount, so that I can attach a...
