recently my friend send me a photo of a few of us. then i use PS to auto level all tings then i save but in e end the pic becomes very pixel do any of the bros here know y?

hey guys i have some question regarding nikon d50 i heard photos taken from d50 tends to be more yellowish? is it true? it could be compensate wif a sigma lens which is tends to be blue? if it is so... which sigma lens is stuitable for d50 or where i can i find info on it?
