    From what i heard, the "software" in the autofocus lens could be outdated? I may be wrong, give it another go, if cant, try with tripod see if it does or doesnt? CHeers AP

    Really? I used auto focus at 600mm - not a problem. What lens do you have?? The specs of the photo was taken at 600mm, ƒ11, 1/160, ISO800. Cheers AP

    Question: can the new Digital Camera use any of the manual Lens from Minolta?

    Yes the KM 5D & 7D can take these old lens from Minolta series, but it has to be AF mounts. I have 5 old AF Lens that are 10+ years old and it works very well with KM 5F (it also works on 7D as well as I tested out). Only have Minolta & Sigma lens plus Tamron 2x tele photo converter. Cheers AP

    Tell you one thing - Normal 28mm Lens, same spot (you should see the wood pile in that photo) With 2x Telephoto converter & Minolta 100-300mm Lens which makes it into 200-600mm. Using anti shake - came out really well for handsfree without tripod. See, anti shake is worth having...
